Hoping to find help to reach my goal. I want to lower my body fat significantly for me next reunion. Been working my butt off the last year. Need a little boost.
If all that is true, there's a lot of low hanging fruit in both your diet and training to address.Been doing an hour of straight cardio in the morning and back in the evening after work to lift weights. Cardio was 7 days a week and lifting was 5 days a week. Ate only chicken eggs and spinach. No more than 1400 calories a day. Dropped 35 pounds. Can finally see my pee pee past belly lol
