A 10 set circuit? Can I ask why? Looks like a lot of extra sets.Just got back from the gym doing legs decided to do something different today I did a circuit with 3 exercises to hammer legs going up in weight.
Legs:
10 set circuit
Super seated leg press.
Reverse hamstrings
Leg kick outs.
I started with a plate on each side on the super seated leg press and ended my last set with 275 for 12.

Finished 3 super set of stand up calf raises with seated felt great had more in me just didn't want to be lazy on my day off.
I normally super set leg press with squats fluctuate in weight my knees didn't feel like squatting today wanted the same intensity lol and got it im 39 this year want train a little different to get results trying something newA 10 set circuit? Can I ask why? Looks like a lot of extra sets.
