Hey everyone I am new to the site and just wanted to introduce myself. I've fallen off the fitness wagon the past couple years and I am ready to back to it. As a see saw dieter and weight gainer I have a hard time maintaining a healthy diet and workout schedule. I used to powerlift and run, overall I used to be really happy and active. I am trying to lower my body fat percentage and weight for my job (I am required to maintain a certain weight). I look forward to getting tips and encouragement and maybe an ass chewing from you guys!
