So all of my previous posts were removed *sighs*. So here I go again. I am 5'10 around 69kgs and 20yo. I was a chubby kid growing up, naturally high school wasn't kind. Started working out since then lost a lot of fat now I look lean but I wanna get more toned. Rn I think my body fat is around 15% I wanna put on some gains and lose fat with bodyweight exercises.
