51 years old ( on the verge of 52 ) and am more into my fitness then I have ever been. Unfortunately at my age I can't seem to move past my plateau. I'm searching for new ways to improve and gain muscle. I started my current journey about 5 years ago when I looked in the mirror and saw what I had become. I started out with a beach body DVD, a flat bench and dumbbells that went up to 30lbs. Since then I have put together a respectable home gym bit by bit and work out 6 days a week. I hope to learn more and find some resources to help me move to the next level.
