I tend value the feeling of the pump first and foremost w mind muscle connection and endurance in the gym next.
To this end, I concoted a stack that gave me insane pumps, focus and endurance. Pumps lasted about 24 hours post workout and wanted to share. Disclaimer up front, I'm also on TRT w Deca.
Here's my current stack pre workout:
CJC/Ipa, 250 mcgs
GW 501516, 20mg
L-Citrulline Malate, 3g
Creatine Kre Alkalyn, 3g
Guarna, 1g
Beta Alanine, 3g
L Tyrosine, 500mg
This was all good for a bit.
I then threw in a glycerol compound w electrolytes for the first time and it was next level sh*t:
Glycerol 23g
Sources for supps mostly from Wicked Labs, Nutricost, Nutristat.
Critiques? Any other folks out there making their own stack? What do you use for insane pumps?
