I track my heart rate variability pretty religiously and almost without exception, low-energy/off days correspond to lower HRV. Low HRV can be caused by a lot of factors but in this scenario probably to CNS fatigue. Just need to listen to your body and take a day or two off to let your nervous system regain balance.
That's interesting. For me, low blood pressure seems correlated to my low energy days.

I’m no doctor but I’d be surprised if there was a real correlation there considering especially considering lower blood pressure is generally associated with better overall health.. but who knows.

Symptoms of low blood pressure
Most doctors will only consider chronically low blood pressure as dangerous if it causes noticeable signs and symptoms, such as:

Dizziness or lightheadedness
Nausea
Fainting (syncope)
Dehydration and unusual thirst
Dehydration can sometimes cause blood pressure to drop. However, dehydration does not always cause low blood pressure. Fever, vomiting, severe diarrhea, overuse of diuretics and strenuous exercise can all lead to dehydration, a potentially serious condition in which your body loses more water than you take in. Even mild dehydration (a loss of as little as 1 percent to 2 percent of body weight) can cause weakness, dizziness and fatigue.
Lack of concentration
Blurred vision
Cold, clammy, pale skin
Rapid, shallow breathing
Fatigue
Depression

Why do you reckon your blood pressure is swinging so low so as to cause fatigue?

Finally got back to it today. Came down with some upper respiratory illness. Also, son got pneumonia, so I missed about 5 days in the gym. Was still feeling a little tired headed in, but felt good enough to workout.

Took 2nd dose of AI on Wed and feeling a little better.

FitNotes Workout - Thursday 10th November 2022

** Flat Barbell Bench Press **
- 135.0 lbs x 10 reps
- 225.0 lbs x 7 reps
- 315.0 lbs x 6 reps ***This is my PR Lifetime***
- 315.0 lbs x 5 reps

** Weighted Dips **
- 90.0 lbs x 7 reps
- 90.0 lbs x 8 reps

** Overhead Press **
- 135.0 lbs x 13 reps
- 135.0 lbs x 11 reps

** Upright Row **
- 95.0 lbs x 10 reps
- 95.0 lbs x 13 reps

** Rope Push Down **

- 99.0 lbs x 17 reps

** Dumbbell Upper Chest Fly **

- 35.0 lbs x 13 reps

I was wiped at the end and didn't walk or run afterward. I think my body is still fighting the crud. Came home and took a power nap.

That's awesome PR on the bench. Keep everything going right and you can keep that increasing!
