Mar 2, 2024 - Legs. Dragging ass, sleepy, no motivation start to the day. Took some pep talking but goddamn that was a good one once I got in there.
No big jumps in weight or reps. Backed off the weight on most lifts and opted for 1-2 more sets than I normally do. Could have started out with 3 plates on the leg press but my knee aint barking so I'm not mad about it.
Even got some errands done after.

Mar 3, 2024 - Arms. More volume than usual. Pump was rippin right after the first set, that's always fun. Weight/rep increases here and there. Incline skullcrushers are still a new favorite. I think 60 would be a better working weight to use next time.
Finished with flys just cause. I need to start adding new angles to my chest training like low to high flys and dips.

Mar 7, 2024 - Back/pull - No all time PRs but I added weight for the first two lifts. Dropped the weight on the pulldowns to have better control. I pointed out I don't progress well on the vertical lifts and I'm still attempting to tidy up my form.
It may just be since my left lat isn't connected all the way down I'll just never have great vertical pulls. I think I can still get more out of it.
