Getting ready to start a run of T3/T4 combo 12.5mcg/50mcg tablets. This will be my first time running them. What are some thoughts on the best way to run them as far as starting dose, how to increase dosage, length of running and how to taper off

Thanks in advance

I'm assuming that you're in a hard cut, and need thyroid support?

I'm trying to cut yes. I have had past trainers that have recommended it but we never got into the dosages and I'm not with a trainer anymore.

What hes asking is: Are you in such an extreme calorie deficit and/or planning to get so lean that you will need thyroid hormones to compensate?

Or, are you just looking for a shortcut?

I was taking the longer road.

I'm of the opinion that we don't need these crazy drugs like DNP or T3 to cut. Natty guys get fucking peeled and they don't use them.

Now a little T4 to replace what your thyroid isn't doing, that's different.

T3 will eat readily eat away at lean tissue, too. It's not discriminate.

Thanks for the information. It sounds like I probably shouldn't go that direction then.

It's just my opinion, others may have a different one. I know a few here have used it before, hopefully they'll chime in.

Not to sound like a bitch but it was more of a desperation move by me. Lol. I've been through 2 trainers the last 2 years and followed the prescribed macros to a tee. I'm just not responding like I should. I just want to get fucking lean. Lol

Wish you luck brother. I had a real bad go-round with T3, I'll never do it again.

never do something because you're desperate. 99% of the time it is a very bad idea.

For the sake of simplicity I'll assume you really are in a deficit like you say. If you've been cutting for two years, then have you considered taking a break, going to maintenance, and letting your body recover?

T4 is generally accepted as safer. I’m not sure why you would use both t3 and t4 when t4 stimulates endogenous t3 production…

Proper calorie deficit (meaning you actually need to do the plan) cardio which is increased incrementally, small amount of clen should be enough, t4 at the end helps a ton ime

That's a very low dose, I'd double that if I were you. Our Thyroids (average) around 25-30mcg of T3/day. If you take less than that, just like test, you shut down and now you're at a deficit vs what you had without it.

Also if you re-up, really no need for T4 when you're running T3, you're totally bypassing the need for it. In the case of actual Thyroid HRT, that makes more sense. Plus keep an eye on everything, as @CJ said, T3 just burns, it gives zero fucks what it burns! You'll see people state "the body will burn stored fat before it burns muscle", and that's true, when you're not chemically throwing the rule book out the window, when you take T3, you're doing just that. Nothing to worry about, just keep an eye on shit.

I'm currently running 100mcg/day of T3 now, keeping a very close eye on shit, but I've done it a million times and have a good feel for my limits. At minimum, I take Armour the rest of the time anyway, pretty much the best Thyroid support you can get without direct hormones, and doc's don't seem to mind writing it. Many in the weight loss space are claiming T2 helps noticeable with fat loss as well (when not on other shit), I dunno, but handfuls of docs are going that road, and given we can get T2 over the counter, you don't need them, so I don't see the advantage for them for lying about it.
