I'm a crusty old antisocial fuck so I'm not on any social media except BB forums and YT (consumer, not creator).

Which channels/accounts are worth following, in your opinion? (doesn't have to be youtube)

RP, Kabuki, Hypertrophy coach, liftrunbang, and of course JP. I'm sure there's others but these seem to be making the OG content that gets rehashed by lesser creators in the proceeding months.

For deca only? No. That was one of the reasons I cringe at Taeian. That’s the absurd click bait that guys like that need in order to draw attention. You need to be careful. Some of these guys are just really good salesmen.
