This stuff is a little pricey and I don't like waisting money on crap that doesn't work. Does any body have any knowledge about this stuff. As always thanks guys.

Why not make your own real green juice from actual produce? Cold pressed. The only thing better is eating the produce raw. Do you think athletic greens just really wants you to be healthier, or do they just want to make money?

Anything green. Kale, spinach, brocoli etc... amounts? As much as you want. It's mostly fiber vitamins and minerals.

I take 2 cups of spinach, and handful of wheatgrass, put in my nutribullet blender with my post work out shake.
