Ephedrine vs sibutramine

which do you think is most effective between ephedrine and sibutramine when:

1. appetite supression?

2. in general when cutting?

1) Sibutramine

2) Sibutramine for most since "calories in" is a bigger enemy than "calories out" for most people.

Note that sibutramine doesn't work for everyone since appetite regulation is complex and goes through multiple pathways, not all of which are covered here. So in that case, ephedrine is the better choice.

Ah okay, a question. How much do you dose Sibutramine per day? I understand that pharma grade is 10-20mg/day but UG? around what dose?

Not familiar with the latter but the ephedrine is a good product.

Ephedrine, is the easy answer.
