Planning for my upcoming cycle and figured I would post here.
Goal: Intense recomp with a focus on maintaining LBM and losing fat
Diet: Not going to post specifics but it is 2850 calories. 44% protein, 28% fat, 28% carbohydrate. This is a fairly low amount of calories for me so I am limiting cardio in favor of lower calories.
Cardio: LISS 1 hour fasted Saturday and Sunday. Shorter rest times between sets.
Weights: 5 day M-F. Chest, Legs, Arms, Shoulders, Back
Cycle: 5iu HGH per day
15iu Humalog on lifting days only
750mg Test C per week
600mg Deca per week
Plan: 250mg TC & 200mg Deca MWF
5iu Humalog and 2.5iu HGH at 5am M-F
Lift @ 5:30am M-F
10iu Humalog and 2.5iu HGH post lift w/ creatine
5:00am 50g Glucose, 25g Whey isolate, 10g BCAA
6:30am 50g Glucose, 25g Whey isolate
7:30am 60g carbs, 50g protein, 7g fat
10:30am 6g carbs, 58g protein, 20g fat
2:30pm 13g carbs, 55g protein, 29g fat
6:30pm 0g carbs, 52g protein, 34g fat
8:30pm 18g carbs, 46g protein, 0g fat
2850 calories
197g carbs
311g protein
90g fat
Saturday and Sunday: Diet will be 50% fat, 25% carbs, 25% protein. HGH will be taken first thing in morning before fasted cardio. Negligible fat intake until 3 hours post HGH.
