Made a quick 5min intense leg workout
It was intense for myself

Yeah, without weights I don't see anything "intense" about this. A lot of these same exercises could be challenging with a kettlebell or some dumbbells.

i don’t workout I train. That’s a warmup/cardio. I train to build muscle not to feel the burn, break a sweat or burn some calories.

If your goal Is to be able to do non stop body weight squats then this is great.

No I would not do it myself, waste of time.

Yes I’m sure my legs would burn a little if I did it. Who cares.

Yea when I saw he had another one, I realized he’s just promoting his junk. I don’t like this because this is exactly what you have to teach against. He is the reason new people to fitness can’t get the results they want and give up.

But for him posting here, knowing it probably won’t be received well, doesn’t matter. Any attention is attention, and bumping views of his videos will help it “for the algorithm”.

For easy entry level for new people, I’d much rather see calisthenics explaining progression promoted.

At least you’ll be training for a valuable adaptation doing that. I like that a lot more.
