Hi all. I am PrimeGoat. That's Goat as in the animal that likes to climb and say "BAAAA", and not "greatest of all time" (I hate that term BTW. How could you know that you're the greatest of all time if time hasn't ended yet?)

I ended up here after noticing that noexcuses went bye bye. Being that I'm involved in PEDs and the gym, that my heroes include Arnold and Kai Greene, and that I consider bodybuilding/fitness/relatedstuff as one of my 3 favorite things/specialties in life (the other 2 being computers/tech/science and sex), this seems to be the right community for me to be in.

I am currently in the process of transforming my body. My current stage could be referred to as cutting. I included a progress shot. I've been learning about weightlifting and nutrition for around 15 years now (not full-time study/research, but more like a long span of ongoing interest and intermittent learning). After many years, I've found what works well for my body, and have been applying it. As I mentioned earlier, I am science-oriented and prefer to listen to evidence-based information. I look forward to learning more, and perhaps even helping answer some questions.

Thank you. I've been gradually building muscle and strength during this time, though I won't be focusing entirely on bulking up until I reach my first goal (the "AFTER" pic with a 6pack). That's when I'll switch over to bulking. I really wanna hit 10% bodyfat before I let it go back up. It's been a life dream of mine, and I'm getting closer and closer to it.
