Most of the active users here have an atrocious attitude. Nobody wants to help me because I'm an asshole to morons, and morons are a large part of any internet community. I'm ok with alienating the retards.

I've asked for suggestions about a dozen times regarding my split, and I'm open to genuine feedback, but little has been provided. Truth is, this first week wasn't a planned split. It was my previous 3 day program that I made up an extra day for at the last minute.
You want genuine advice on your split? Trash it and run a program written by somebody who knows what they’re doing.

You don’t have the knowledge or experience to be writing programs.

No problem. Have you down an LP program before? That might help to build a better base. I think a simple LP could get your weights up and build the big movers up.

Just to add an extra if there is any doubt, I wouldn’t deadlift and squat on the same day. Lol.

I use to do this, but once you work up to a moderately heavy workload, or learn to up the intensity, it will be a no go real quick.

And this isn’t a dig at you, I did it when I was newer to lifting too. Got away with it too. Because my intensity wasn’t high (and that was a GOOD thing as I learned the lifts better) but it didn’t take long and this would trash me. I wouldn’t do them back to back days either. At least have a days rest between them. If not more. For now, I’d bet one day is enough.

This is even coming from a guy who loves full body training.

And as far as measuring body fat percentage, I use calipers and a basic way of measuring with only three sites, one at chest, one on the stomach, one on the quad. Not increasingly accurate, but here’s what’s important to ME.

It’s incredibly consistent.

I could care less what my actual BF percentage is. Some may not be this way. You may want to know. That’s great. But for measuring progress as long as it’s reliably wrong, but consistent, I don’t care.

Weight goes up, pants still fit, lifts are stronger, and body fat measures the same using the same method that I can perform on myself easily, then I’m all good.

I measure lower than I think I actually am, by a good bit. I store a lot of my last bits of fat in my glutes and love handles, and notice my sites measured don’t include these. So room for error even in consistency, because I may be gaining there and not as fast elsewhere, but still beats the heck out of the scale where as you stated, hydration even throws it off by quite a bit.

My abs will show at higher body fat percentages. Not just the worlds best abs, and not good ones by guys here standards, but by walking around on the street standards I’ll have decent abs and love handles.

I can measure three days in a row with a basic measurement, and get exactly the same thing.

Of course there’s a time and a place for more accurate vs just consistent measurements. But in my opinion, you don’t need that really. If you want it great, I’d you trust your girl to measure correctly each time then great. I don’t want to ask my wife every time, and I’d rather know my hand is doing it.(dry dirty not funny joke here).

Just a consideration for you.

On the other point of view, I’d you’re gonna do it, why do it half way? Of course I stated my reasons.

Fair enough. I get that it's not ideal but the great thing about working out is, even if my program sucks and my form sucks, it's still gonna be at least a little effective. I have the data to prove it.

Anyway, I was looking into into some LP programs. Trying to decide between some variation of 5/3/1 and Greyskull before I go do the first workout of the week.

For now. But you’d probably get better results with a better routine and no gear at all then all the gear and poor training.

You’re improving in spite of your training more than because of it. Of course something is better than nothing, unless you get hurt.

  • The drugs are prescribed by my urologist. A doctor I've seen for years.
  • My diet is on point. I track everything. I've got food scales at home and at my office.

Interesting that people are so cnocerned about my body fat. The doc did bloods for 6 months before considering Deca, but he never once measured my body fat, which makes me think it's probably just not that important. But for those of you who are concerned, here's what I'm working with at the moment:

I don’t think you hurt anyone’s feelings but we deal with people every week that think they know better than all the knowledge here it gets pretty frustrating…I can attest for greyskull as well …I can promise you I was skinnier and smaller than you at one time …I spun my wheels for years then I decided professional knew more than me and I stick to the plan and it’s working …any greyskull questions hit me up

Greyskull LP.
I started benching 135 in July and now I'm benching over your deadlift. If you eat well with it you will grow and get stronger.

My only issue is, I wanna lift 4 days a week and Greyskull is a 3 day program. You think it would be ok to do deads twice a week?
