Anyone that gets jacked just shows me dedication and since I started working out I appreciate to more knowing how much bullshit goes into it from even steroids you need doses schedules so on the diet is the craziest and hardest part imo and showing up to the gym on days you don’t even wanna be there and learning the body and muscles.

I’m only 4 years in drop in the bucket compared to many others but glad I started the journey build discipline once I get my diet in check I’ll be Fulfilled.
