Front squat 50x6, 70x4, 90x4, 100x3, 110x3, 120x3, 130x3, 135x2 (not horizontal completely, just trying)
Back squat 140x3, 160x3, 180x3, 190x3,3
Benchpress 60x5, 90x5, 110x4, 120x3,3
Abs sides 3 series amrap

Surprisingly felt much better for squats and bp was a suffering, but happy for the first part

Deadlift 70x6, 110x5, 140x5,7x8
hyperextensions 5 series with 40kg barbell amrap
trapezoids with 180kg 4 series amrap (just holding at upper position)
abs 3 series, straight

for some reason I could not log in for few days from Singapore, so missing two trainings for squats and DL. Anyway.

5.5.

Incline BP 60x8, 80x6, 100x3x3
BP (machine, not standard bench) 110x8,8,8,8,6,6
Front squat from bottom position (in cage) 60x6, 80x6x3
Hamstrings machine 6 series
Triceps - dips - 3x10
Triceps for the inner part - press down in bent position - 3 series amrap
abs - toes to bar 3 series
