Yes I find big value in them. Also, fun other things to try would be single laying leg curls in them, tricep extensions, and bicep curls, adjusting height to increase or decrease intensity.
They are pretty crazy but so basic, you can get very creative with them. Man I just don't know what I love more bars, gym or rings. I guess a combination of all, but if I had to choose between them I just don't know.

In college, we had some gymnast tumblers and these guys had strong upper bodies and core to be able to spread the rings wide.
Yeah, it requires great motor skill and strength, but let's be honest those guys were probably all under 200lbs. It makes it so much more challenging when we talk about 200+ let alone 230-240 pounds bulky weight lifters attempting to do such things.

Not much to report currently, as everything is just on autopilot, I don't currently track no calories and I got a bit lazy to be fair, although I'm hitting the gym and still kinda retaining my strength.

So in the near future I want to fix my diet and continue eating high calories, but making sure that at least it is quality.

Somewhat of an update where I'm currently. I have downsized for health reasons and to be honest I feel much more athletic, fast like a cat, I have joined self defence courses and of course I suck as I'm not trained, but coaches say I'm doing good due to my physical abilities (I guess training did benefit me not just in muscle and looking pretty).

I weigh 222 pounds this morning and body fat wise I'd say somewhere in ~12% zone.
My diet is 3000-3250 calories with at least 200g protein, all else macro wise I don't care or feel the difference. At the end of the day calories are calories. Protein is necessary to maintain and repair muscle. All else body can adapt to. (To log everytning I use myfitnesspal). Only cheat during the day is, I love Monster energy original in black.

Training is body weight 2x per week and 1x per week gym. I no longer prioritise strength, but I finish the workout with 300lbs for 6 reps. So pretty strong still, I'd say.

I feel so much better to be honest. In terms of looks and feels.

Raw unedited photos, here is how I look as they say picture is worth a thousand words.

Forgot to say...

I'm on Testosterone undecanoate at 250mg per week. Puts me at 1216ng/dl total Testosterone.

That's it, no bodybuilding supplements, not even creatine. Only necessary for health like fish oil, vitamin D and such.
Just curious, why no creatine?

Another benefit of downsizing and losing weight is that I finally got my blood pressure under control and I no longer feel heavy like a tank walking and doing everyday tasks.

I'm looking to lean out a bit more and inevitably I'm gonna sacrifice few more kilos. This should be perfect for health. Out of everything I'm mostly happy for feeling much better and more leveled.

I'm popping 5mg cialis proactively, helps bp and a nice bonus of a harder boner when time comes to have that special moment with someone.

Just to add. I noticed I started getting acid reflux from protein powder supplement. I tried many different types and brands and very expensive ones, apparently body somehow changed over time, so nothing helped. So I decided to eliminate protein supps and creatine for a while (over 2 months now) and acid reflux is gone and I feel much better. My stomach is now more comfortable.

I get that from pre-work out making me lose my appetite after working out (which I don't do anymore) & have started getting GERDS from the BCAAs now.
