Thinking of switching routine anyone do double muscle group?

Routine I decided on for myself:

Monday - Back and Biceps
Tuesday - Chest and Triceps
Wednesday - Legs
Thursday - Traps and Shoulders
Friday - Arms...or lagging muscle
Saturday - Rest ...or lagging muscle
Sunday - Rest

I get to hit arms twice a week.

Maybe I can grow a bicep or two!! :p
6 days I would die right now lol

I'm keeping my 6th day completely open and optional.

Might work my abs with 1 to 3 exercises if I feel up to it.

If I need to rest I will.

Just going to keep the 6th day light and easy.

Lately been having hard days at gym after day 3 In a row my body tells me you need a day off lol

I'm down to 4 days per week Bobby, it's still good down here!!!
Yeah I see 4 working just would have to get a perfect routine down it’s easier still for me 5 so I got all muscle group 2 times I think I’ll be at 4 next year or so

I'll PM you my 4 day, I hit everything 2x per week, just so you can see how it can work...
