Curious as to what supplements people take and their reasoning behind them. Whether its a vitamin, herb, fitness supplement or any of the combination.
Not interested in derailing this into a pointless discussion on "your wasting your money", "you should be getting everything from a natural healthy diet", "supplements are steroids" etc.
Just looking for a chance for people to share there tips and experiences so that others can benefit.

Staple Supplements:
Vit D3
Vit K2
Magnesium
Zinc
Fish Oil
B Complex
Vit E

Intra Workout Shake:
Gatorade Powder
Whey Isolate
Creatine Monohydrate
Salt (iodized sodium chloride)
Potassium Chloride

Other stuff is as needed, depending upon what I'm doing, what I'm on.

Seriously though, right now I take:

Vitamin D3
Vitamin B6
Fish Oil
I use pre workout sometimes, usually stim free.
Cialis
Use protein powders
EAA blend mixed with flavored pure dextrose intra workout

All covered in semen though.

That’s pretty much all I use right now.
