Different perspecitive........

alot of the same action as effedrine, Killing appetite, Slowing intestenal dumping , So with that said my wife and I used to chew effedrine like tic tacs.

My wife has dropped 45 lbs , BUT she is using it to assist with habit.
(paying attention to what and how much because of the nausea.)She also has cleaned up her diet and is walking.

that said she is NOT daggy

Are you sure it was not bunk? This stuff is easily available from a bunch of online peptide sellers. People have told me it makes them nauseous, or it works, but I have yet to hear it does nothing. But I have a very small sample size of people I know who used it. Still...

I trust the source. My case might be different cause I was already eating like a rabbit. I did notice a lil nausea the first few days. I also probably wasn’t as hungry during the day. Nothing major though. But I got it to help me sleep without waking up starving at 2 a.m. For this it did absolutely nothing.

Agreed; I just thought you both had interesting points and wanted to pick your brain some more on the topic for others who might be reading.

Thanks!
The only thing I would add. It is my personal belief not science.
Gear should only be used if there is some kind of life gain for most people and used last not first. Life gain meaning better work prospects as actors seem to use it or wrestlers or security or getting a pro card. Or for sports people who want/Need to advance just one more step of a very long ladder. Training sleep nutrition all need to be on point first.

Sema I feel is different. I believe it should be used first for anyone above 30% bf that just can't get their head around the importance of a good diet activity and a healthy state of mind. Most morbidly obese people get fast results. Some can drop over 25 pounds from one vile. With the proper help and motivation they may see this new them is a better version and feel the need to do the weightloss naturally after using just one vile.

But yes most fat cunts would rather just inject more and eat a bucket of fried chicken. But in a perfect world sema first for the over 30% gear last or better never. My opinion not science.

For sure. I think anything that helps people get healthy is good. But I just think its so sad that nutrition and exercise are now completely divorced from American medicine. And that 90 percent of modern humans are completely incapable of a disciplined existence.

Exactly this IMO. If people used this to help them correct their eating habits and get over food addictions then this would be a perfect tool, but that's not how people use it. Instead they use it as a band aid and as a "permanent" fix for their own bad habits.

People are lazy, and would rather medicate with drugs rather than actually fix the root of their problems.

There's very little money to be made by prescribing diet and exercise.

I was really talking about individual will power, and not what pharmaceutical companies say or tell doctors/patients to do. 🤷‍♂️

Well, nutrition is not even taught in medical school, so they’d be unable to offer a healthy solution anyway.

And since pharma companies now essentially own those institutions by way of massive donations, thats never going to change.

Point is, if youre unaware of how to eat healthy, your options are limited to your own research or paying expensive nutritionists or integrative medicine docs. The few who actually practice medicine, rather than just act as sales reps for pfizer.

I took a nutrition class in medical school.

It wasn't about gear or PEDs, just basic nutrition (carbs/fats/proteins, a lecture vitamins/minerals, etc.)

Did they talk about what the ideal macros are for a normal human being?

Did it follow the same out-of-date FDA nutrition recommendations of 50g fat, 50g protein, 450g carbs every day? You know, the one that was based on a study where like 9 of the researchers had a vested interest in General Mills?

Drastically limit sodium, eggs will kill you, margarine is better than butter...

I would never listen to an MD about nutrition. It's simply not what they went to school for.

My wife has been using Ozempic from a ugl for about 5 weeks now, I was never on board. As mentioned it is temporary, put simply it's a habit maker or breaker...depending on your perspective. She didn't need it but wanted a cheat like everyone else taking it. She will complete roughly 3 months worth, currently taking .2 once a week. Most of the women she works with take it with their husbands, crazy how popular it is. I don't want to compromise any muscle loss and I believe If I built this gut I can lose this gut...it's called sweat and discipline. My opinion only, it's a good step to a bigger step that one must commit to!
