How long should I run?

I’m about to start a 12 week cycle of Sustanon.
Week 1-6 dbol 40-50mg ed
Week 6-12 var 80mg ed

I have Nova & Clomid

My last cycle was about 6 yrs ago & for about 20 weeks. I was cruising w/ Cyp around the last half of that 250-300mg a week. I’m about to turn 46 & I was thinking “why I am only running a 12 week cycle?” I only bought so much because I was worried about getting burned. Now I’m thinking about stocking up & stretching this one out. Any advice would be appreciated thanks

I dont like sustanon or any ester blends for that matter. Makes pinning frequency annoying. Also 12 weeks of orals is way too long. Your liver enzymes are going to be terrible by the end of it

Run the sus but limit the dbol to 4 weeks.

You need aromasin or adex to control estrogen while on cycle.

IMO sust should be run longer than 12 weeks. It is majority very long esters. 14-16.

Extend that cycle to 16 weeks and pick one of the 2 orals and run it for 4 weeks.

You would be far better off with an AI instead of a SERM while on cycle. Save the SERM for when you're coming off and going into PCT. Hopefully you know the difference between the two, if not, read up. We have lots of stickies to self-educate and we are here to answer questions.

I would run the Dbol OR the Var, not both personally.

Nolva only blocks the receptor in your breast tissues. It will stop gyno but does not reduce estrogen and the side effects it causes. Get an AI.
