Just in protein and carbs you're about 3,800 cals and I bet you'll be getting another 100 grams of fat which puts you at about 4,700 cals. per day. Check your TDEE (No spoon feeding here) and I bet even at 90kg you'll 3k/day. Any idea what you're body is going to do with an excess of 1,700 cal/day? To bring that number into prospective, that's enough calories to maintain the weight of the average sedentary woman at 140 lbs.

I asked you what your idea of huge was for a reason; you just gave me a weight. If your idea of huge is 110 kg I can tell you, 110 kg can look two different ways; one looks huge and the other looks sloppy. You are on the road to the latter of the two.

thank you for your response. I created a better plan that works with TDEE which is roughly 3500 calories.

I will be consuming 4095 calories then which gives me an excess of 500

Hi all

okay for this year I want to reach 90 kg however my goal is to weigh 100 to 110 kg and maintain that size throughout my 20s and 30s

I do not mind the pinning for the rest of my life idea especially if its pharma grade stuff and monitored by a doctor.

I am busy constructing a new meal plan where I eat 600g of carbs and aiming for 350 grams of protein.

Being about 13/14yrs older than you and I was a crazy young buck when i was young.....This is the last thing you want to do.

I take 5 scripted meds now and go on and off DR scripted tes. The less outside agents, meds, supps......Whatever you need to put into your body the better as you age.

If your not going to be Dorian, Arnold or Ronnie.....than you most likely want you body producing it. If it does not......than you can always inject it, but to create the need for it at the age you are now will give you some real, serious regrets by the time your 35.

If you must must must run something now to satisfy yourself, do so. I didnt know what i was doing and did the same in college..... ran a cycle, without an AI, PCT, while drinking 4 nights a week and doing drugs too

But you will see how things go as the years pass, this phase your in will grow old and you will move on.

Being spot on diet wise will really help growth, no hard liquor or even beer will help growth, you pretty much know what you need to do.

But i guess your looking for an "okay" from us but no one here is really going to tell you that at your age & size.
