I kinda bypassed this part... my bad.
I'm 35, 253 lbs. I've been working out off and on since I was 15. Did all my electives in weightlifting, was on the school team, and also did for hs football. Really only did it for ass...hey it worked.
Signed papers for military sep 12, 2001 and got to deploy to Afghanistan like I wanted. Freedom boners all deployment. Came back and found out we were deploying to Iraq. F*ok. Finished deployment and got out. PTSD and depression is super fun.
Came back to the gym 3 years ago. Lost over 160 pounds total (370 to 208), I've done 3 cuts and two bulks with this last bulk I did 14 weeks 500mg test c. Was so f*cling awesome. I used to think I was lazy. Nope. I actually wanted to do shit. Sad the ride ended but cant wait to do another one. It was 20 weeks on, and 20 weeks off is end of July but at this point I dont think I'll be at bf I want. Oh well I can wait.
I've always done a 5 day split. Legs, chest/tris finishers, back/bis finishers, shoulders, and then arms. Usually start 5x 8 heavy main exercise, 4x 10 superset, 4x 15 superset, and then usually some finishers. I dont skip days, I've worked out while sick, and even with non-muscle related injuries.
I've followed this forum forever, and absolutely love it here. I kind of feel like it's like metalheads. Some scary mfers but if you fall in the pit, they'll pick your a** up.
