I'm an old dude with 25 years BB under my belt. I'm in somewhat of a bad situation with my spine which hasn't allowed me to train for the past 5 years. I'm due for 2 surgeries in Sept. one on my cervical one on my thoracic and though I may never lift again I sure hope to be able to but thats not likely and must except it. I hope you all are doing well just don't make the same mistakes I have between over doing it in the gym for years and working 16 hours a day 7 days a week as construction will kill you.
