Im lifting 5 days a week, due to the nature of my work i tend to do more general strength instead of alternating body parts, diet def needs to be tidied up, lots of animal proteins, not muchWelcome, JP. What does your current lifting/ cardio / dieting routine look like? Are you seeing success?
