I forgot to dsy, could hsve just been me. But the weight came off on the Legit VAR ss well. No doubt it was s combination of doing a reasonable amount of cardio as well.

I'm no longer bloated...I think it was pms and diet change bloat, but I have put on 4+ pounds. My muscles feel a lot harder and fuller. I wish I was able to get an actual bodyfat measurement before I started. Im pinching less fat on my stomach and calves. I also went from eating around 1800-1900 calories to around 2300 now and lifting heavier especially with legs. On average how much muscle can someone expect to gain on first cycle?
