Hello. New member. 38 y/o. Had a pretty serious drinking problem, which I hopefully have overcome as of February. I had a decent run with pancreatitis and that made me re-evaluate my priorities. Replaced all that with lifting. Have been on TRT for about 3 years now. Once the alcohol left, my T shot up and now I’m getting some pretty sweet results. I’m now down to 220 from 270. I’m starting to get out of the zone of getting stronger and leaner at the same time.

Just trying to network with some like-minded people and see what’s out there.

That’s comforting to know. Thank you.

More than that. I can think of a dozen off the top of my head. This is a great path to go down instead of drugs and alcohol.

Loads of support and understanding here.

Thank you for the encouragement! It really hasn’t been a struggle for me (yet). I just replaced one addiction with another. And it’s hard for me to justify cracking open a bottle when I’m basically begging for opportunities to peel my shirt off at this point haha.
