Well, it's been a while since I have done a cycle and was looking to hop back onto the anabolic train.
Later this year I intend on running a test/tren/var cycle but for now I was going to do a 8 week test only cycle to just get me back into it.
I was thinking of doing prop and doing either EOD doses or weekly.
Currently 6' 220 lbs at about 15%.
Any recommendation on what kind of test, what dosage and how often would help.
I lift 4-6 days a week depending on the week.
