Sort of a newb post but screw it never had this happen so reaching out for advice.
Today while injecting 2cc of test e into my glute in the upper outer quadrant using 23g 1inch needle I made sure to inject at 90 degree angle to muscle and aspirated no issues there. Injected slowly and held the needle in for a few seconds after finishing then I noticed a little lump where I injected I pressed down on it and it burned so bad but the bump then decreased in size. No pain or discoloration other then the burning when pressing on it. Does not hurt anymore
my guess is maybe I didn’t go deep enough and went Sub Q instead of IM am about 12% BF fairly lean. Usually I use 1.5 inches for glutes but haven’t been able to find any BD 1.5 inch in stock so went with 1 incher for the last month but haven’t had issues using 1 inch in my glute
in the event I did go sub q instead of IM is the shot wasted or will I still absorb the test?
i am confident in pinning techniques so I don’t think that I pinned poorly
any feedback or advice would be aweosme.
