Howzit Party People,

My name is Everett and just moved to the Bay Area from HI about a year ago. Just getting back into training after suffering a broken fibula and tibia. I was training on and off for two years before suffering my injury and needing surgery which put me back 4 months due to slow recovery. Im back and feeling good now.

6'2 currently hovering around 220lbs. Appreciate everyone who responds and who can shoot some additional advice my way. Look forward to meeting you all!

Thank you. Before the injury i was just lifting to stay in shape. I was making decent gains but felt myself plateauing and then snapped my ankle in a freak snowboarding accident. After being bedridden for so long I lost 20+ lbs and everything else. Im now at the point where I want to push my body to the highest limits. Im still getting back into the swing of things.

High Weight/ Low Volume (Monday, Thursday)
Low Weight/ High Volume (Tues, Friday, Sat)

Look for that extra push!
